She finds creative and innovative solutions – as one client put it: “Even when I didn’t express myself well in what I was looking for, Andrea interpreted what I was saying to produce exactly what I wanted.”

Feasibility – whether a project seems possible, including initial discussions with the local planning authority to explore what planning permission might be available.
Sketch proposals and outline design.
Preparation and submission of detailed planning application.
Production of information to enable tender documents to be produced and application for statutory building regulations control.
Detailed information and fully specified drawings produced.
Sending information to builders and other contractors and setting a date for the return of tenders.
